With the help of the application, the dispatchers of LifeMax can be reached immediately, who provide quick help in a panic situation by applying relaxation techniques.


Sending the distress signal
With the LifeMax SoulBuddy application, our dispatchers can be reached quickly with the press of a button. Our dispatchers receive the signal 24 hours a day and will help you! Since the application also contains the beneficiarys data, the dispatchers are already prepared to call the signal sender. After the signal, the application also transmits the location data of the device to the dispatch center, who are thus able to identify the position of the signal sender.


GEO-fence function
The LifeMax SoulBuddy application also wants to help those who are struggling with some kind of mental or nervous illness, which can cause confusion and possibly loss. Thats why the GEO-fence function was also included in the application. This means that with the help of the app, you can set a so-called safe zone in which the LifeMax SoulBuddy user can move, and in the event of exiting this zone, the application will immediately send a signal to the dispatch center, indicating that the owner of the application is probably lost. Our colleagues will then immediately notify the contact while tracking their movements, thus preventing the LifeMax SoulBuddy user from getting lost.

Health and fitness data
The application automatically transmits the health and fitness data stored on the device for more efficient care. If the connected smart watch or smart bracelet can detect atrial fibrillation, the application sends an automatic notification to the dispatchers. To do this, LifeMax SoulBuddy connects to the Apple Health app.
